1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any service provided by ug776, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Players accessing the platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. ug776 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain countries or regions at our discretion.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account with ug776, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same person will be closed, and all funds and winnings will be forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 Account Verification

ug776 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. You must provide requested documents within 7 days. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays. All documents submitted for verification will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

ug776 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer, online banking, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed for each payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours to process.

3.2 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits can only be reduced immediately; increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. ug776 also reserves the right to impose deposit limits on accounts at its discretion for regulatory compliance or responsible gaming reasons.

3.3 Payment Processing Fees

ug776 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, Maya, etc.) may charge transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. Conversion fees may apply if you deposit using a currency other than Philippine Pesos, though we strongly recommend using PHP for all transactions.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 hour for GCash and Maya, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may delay payment. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. The maximum daily withdrawal is ₱500,000 unless otherwise approved by ug776 management.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by providing identity documents. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If withdrawal to your original deposit method is not possible, we may request alternative payment details. All withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and bonus terms.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

If you have accepted any bonus, promotion, or free spins, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before withdrawing funds. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each promotion. Attempts to withdraw before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. 5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Betting Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all bets placed on your account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or reversed except in cases of obvious error by ug776. 5.2 Technical Issues and Disconnections

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or system error, all bets and game results are subject to review. ug776 reserves the right to void bets placed during a period when the platform was experiencing technical difficulties. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, we will make reasonable efforts to restore your game session. If restoration is not possible, your original bet will be refunded to your account.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ug776 platform:

• Collusion or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by ug776

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
